Sydney's Christmas Recital

Back in early December, Sydney had a Christmas Recital at her Daycare. All the kids were dressed up in their Christmas outfits and each class came out to sing and dance to a set of songs that they had been working on for weeks. Sydney just came back to this school four days before the concert, but I have to say that she knew ALL of the songs and dance moves. We were so proud of her! My only complaint is that she was MUCH better than a lot of the kids in the front row, clearly she should have been moved forward. :)

Yeay!!! She did sooooo good! She's VERY good at taking a bow now. In fact, we see it after everything she does. After every random dance in the family room, after eating her food. She's a character.

I have a good excuse!

I know I've been MIA for a little while, but there's a very good reason! Baby Evans #2 is on the way and due at the end of July. Just in case I wasn't 100% positive that we were ready to stop after two kids (which we already were), this baby is making sure I NEVER want to do this again! 13 weeks and sick every single day so far. Going one day at a time, but this is definitely a challenge. Hard to know what to expect and how long this will go since I wasn't sick at all with Sydney. Hoping it stops here soon and doesn't take me all the way into July. *sigh* So I apologize for the lack of posts, but it's been a challenge just making it through each day while working, Chris travelling every week and taking care of Sydders. I promise to catch up with my posts!
