This girl loves her spaghetti!
I made Addison a promise that the first time she poops in the potty (versus her pants) that I would take her to the store to buy any toy she wanted. Mommy was getting VERY tired of cleaning nasty underpants. Well, SHE DID IT!!! So off to the store she went. It was not an easy decision for her.
Mommy loves when the girls do her hair
Zoo time fun.
Don't you love when your big sister acts like she's protecting you, but really she's just holding you in front of her as her own personal human shield.
Cheeky monkey
Sydney started complaining that one of her molars was hurting. I looked it up and the molar wasn't supposed to be loose until she turned 10...and it was VERY loose. I took her to the dentist and they told me to get her to an orthodontist ASAP because they could take a better XRAY. So then we saw the reason why her tooth was hurting so badly. One of her front bottom teeth was coming in sideways underneath that molar. OUCH. Within a matter of days, Sydney went to an oral surgeon and had 4 baby teeth pulled out and a spacer was put in her mouth a few weeks later. The goal is to try and lasso that tooth over into the correct position hoping that it doesn't impact that canine that the root is hovering over. They told me it's an 80/20 shot that we will be able to move it. Otherwise they will need to pull that tooth :( Here's to hoping and here's to an additional ortho bill! YAY
We had Benny and his dad over for dinner! Always nice talking with Benny.
Mommy wasn't quite prepared for Addison to be moved up to the next swimming class. I though it was my last time swimming with her but noooo, they moved her up! Needless to say, she wasn't too keen on it either. Especially not the boy instructor. So they had a girl jump in the pool and Addison clung on to her and completed her first class without us! Just a few tears, she was a tough one!
Celebrating Addison doing well at swimming by taking them out to dinner...in their jammies!
Addie's major eczema spot that stuck with us all summer!
