While we took Syd to girl scout camp, Lala and Papa took Addie to the Marana pumpkin patch, which according to my dad, "Is MUCH better than Buckelew!"

Of course I had to slip the movie night into the Halloween Calendar with Labyrinth. They loved it!

Trick or Treating

We gathered over at the Thompson's house this year for pizza and snacks before heading out trick or treating. We brought some cookies to decorate, which the kids loved! Addie fell down...aka was ran over when we started to trick or treat, so she refused to trick or treat. Chris and I took turns going to the doors for her. She finally decided to jump back in the game starting with Phil's house and was able to do a few houses before we finished the neighborhood.

Pumpkin Carving

We were pretty excited to have Nonnie here this year to help carve pumpkins. Chris was really hoping that she would step in and carve his because he absolutely positively hates carving pumpkins, but I force him to do it every year...out of love. This year Addison really loved getting her hands dirty and wanted to draw and carve her own pumpkin. Ms. Independent.
